Many in our Association have heard about the opening of the second Pacific Thrift Store location and are wondering why it is not yet operating.
According to store manager Pavel Tsvirinko, there has been an unexpected delay. The city department responsible for issuing permits without which the store cannot open has been overloaded with work and did not respond to the store’s application for two months. Finally, on March 17, the store received a list of corrections that must be addressed before the final inspection and approval can be granted, Work on these corrections began immediately.
Brother Pavel sincerely asks everyone to support them in prayer and to ask the Lord for help in resolving all issues related to obtaining the permit and opening the store.

7305 Greenback Ln, Citrus Heights, CA 95621 (former 99 Cents store).
